WE BUY TX HOMES

Terms of use

Short version: this site gives you information and a way to request an offer. An offer is a number, not a contract, and nothing here is professional advice.

01

No offer is binding until it's in a signed contract

Anything we tell you before a written purchase agreement (on this site, on the phone, or in an emailed offer) is an indication of what we expect to pay, not a commitment to buy. Equally, requesting an offer doesn’t commit you to sell, and there’s no fee for declining one.

02

What we are and aren't

We buy houses directly. We are not a real-estate brokerage and we don’t represent you in a transaction. We are not a law firm, a lender, a housing counselling agency, or tax or financial advisors.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or financial advice. If you’re dealing with probate, foreclosure, a divorce, or a tax problem, talk to a professional who represents your interests. We’ll work alongside them.

03

Accuracy

Any example figures on this site are illustrations, labelled as such, and are not an estimate of any particular property’s value. Public-record and market data we rely on can be incomplete or out of date.

What you tell us about the property should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We price houses on the basis of it, and a walkthrough that turns up something substantially different can change the number.

04

Using this site

Don’t submit the offer form for a property you have no interest in or authority over, and don’t use this site to break the law or interfere with its operation. We may decline to make an offer, at our discretion, without giving a reason.
