WE BUY TX HOMES

Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into the offer form, we use it to evaluate your property and contact you about it, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

01

What we collect

When you request an offer we collect what you enter: the property address and details about it, your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, your contact preferences, any notes you write, and your consent to be contacted along with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.

We also record how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link. That tells us which advertising is worth continuing and nothing about you personally.

02

What we don't collect

We do not store your IP address. It’s used momentarily to limit how often the form can be submitted from one place, and then discarded. There is no field for it in our records.

We don’t ask for your social security number, bank details, or mortgage documents on this website, and you should be wary of anyone in this business who does before there is a signed contract and a title company involved.

If you leave the offer form partway through, your answers about the property are saved in your own browser so you can pick it up again. Your name, phone number, and email are not; nothing about you reaches us until you submit the form.

03

What we do with it

We use it to research the property, prepare an offer, and contact you about it in the way you asked to be contacted. That’s it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your inquiry with other investors, buyers, or lead brokers. If you’ve filled in one of these forms elsewhere and been called by eight people, that is what happened. It isn’t what happens here.

If you accept an offer, the parties who need your information to close (the title company, and any attorney involved) will receive what’s necessary for that transaction and nothing more.

04

Contact and opting out

Checking the consent box lets us call, text, or email you about the property you submitted. You can stop it at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email Public inbox: pending. Consent is never a condition of receiving an offer. You can call us instead of using the form.

05

Your information, on request

Email Public inbox: pendingand we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We don’t require a reason.
