Most of our activity is in the big metros and the counties around them, but Texas is a large state and good houses are not only in cities. If you’re not sure whether we cover where you are, ask. The answer takes a minute and costs nothing.

This list has to match the markets we genuinely buy in and can get to for a walkthrough. Until it’s confirmed, read it as where we expect to work rather than a commitment. Naming a city we don’t actually work is a promise we’d have to break on the phone.

Smaller cities, rural county land, and towns hours from a metro are all worth asking about. Sometimes we’re the right buyer and sometimes we aren’t. If we’re not, we’d rather say so quickly than keep you waiting on an offer that was never coming.
