WE BUY TX HOMES

About us

Who you’re
dealing with.

You’re about to tell a stranger about your house and your circumstances. It’s fair to want to know who’s on the other end of that.

The buyer

A Texas buyer,
buying Texas houses.

We buy houses directly from owners across Texas: as-is, with our own funds, closing at a title company on the seller’s schedule. We’re not a brokerage and we’re not going to list your house; we’re the buyer.

Most people who contact us aren’t in a hurry because they want to be. They’ve inherited something, or they’re behind, or they’re tired of a rental, or the repairs finally outgrew the weekend. The job is to give you a real number and enough information to decide, including deciding not to.

Founder background: to be written

The founder’s actual history goes here: years buying in Dallas–Fort Worth, how the business started, and why he buys directly rather than listing. Written first-person, specific, and true. The generic “family-owned, community-focused” paragraph every competitor runs is worth nothing.

How we operate

Four commitments
you can hold us to.

We haven’t been doing this under this name long enough to point at a wall of reviews. What we can do is say plainly how we work, in public, where you can measure us against it.

01

We explain the offer

You get a number and the reasoning behind it: what comparable houses nearby sold for, and what we think the repairs come to. If you think the repair estimate is wrong, say so. That conversation is normal.

02

We say no honestly

If a traditional listing would net you more, or the house isn't one we're right for, we'll tell you that instead of anchoring you to a low number and waiting.

03

Your timeline, not ours

No expiring offers, no pressure to decide on a call, no counting down at you. If you need six months, take six months.

04

We don't sell your information

What you tell us stays with us. We aren't a lead broker and we don't pass inquiries to a list of other investors.

On paper

The company,
in plain terms.

The entity you’d be signing with, and how to reach it. The dashed lines are the details that aren’t settled yet. They get filled with real values, not plausible ones.

We are not a real-estate brokerage, a law firm, or tax or financial advisors. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
